Start Guide for Using Inventory ONE

Welcome to Inventory ONE! This guide will help you quickly and efficiently get started with the application.

Step 1: User Setup in the Web Application

Before you can use the app, users must be created in the web application. When registering, you can choose whether users should log in via email or phone number.

  • Login via Email:
    Users will receive an email in which they can set their password. After setting it up, they can log in to the app using this password.

  • Login via Phone Number:
    Users can request a PIN, which will be sent via SMS. This PIN will be verified during login.

Best Practice:
Experience from practice shows that the app should be rolled out departmentally. Users should receive brief training in groups, which typically takes about 15 to 30 minutes.

Step 2: Key Functionalities

Tab "My Inventory"

In the "My Inventory" tab, the inventory assigned to you is displayed. When you click on the inventory, you can perform various actions:

  • Return Inventory: You can easily return inventory that you no longer need.
  • Transfer Inventory to Colleagues: Quickly and easily share your inventory with your colleagues.
  • Report Issues: If there are issues with any inventory, you can report them here.

Tab "Search"

In the "Search" tab, you can specifically look for inventory. Here, you can find out where certain inventory items are located and to whom they are assigned.

Tab "My QR Code"

The last tab displays your personalized QR code. This QR code is presented during the transfer and assignment of inventory. It facilitates the identification process and assignments within the app.
