How do I assign inventory to a receiver?

To assign inventory to a receiver, click on the corresponding inventory you wish to assign in the overview. In the detail view, you will find the "Assign" button in the header section. Click on it to open a dialog. There, you can select the receiver and optionally specify a return date and a comment. After the inventory has been assigned, a history entry with all relevant information will be created. You can find this in the "History" section.
