How do I create a problem report?
To create a problem report for an inventory item, click on the corresponding inventory in the overview. In the detail view, navigate to the "Reported Issues" section and click the "Create Problem" button. In the dialog that appears, you have the option to add a comment. An open problem is indicated by an orange dot. You can click on the problem, edit it, and add additional comments. When the issue is resolved, click the "Resolved" button. The problem will be closed, and the orange dot will turn green.
