E-mail notifications
- System: Email notifications are only available for users with the Administrator role.
- Information: If this option is activated, only users with the Administrator role will receive email notifications.

- User role: Users have the authorization to create notes.
- Information: Recipients with the user role can view all inventories in the overview.
Stock management
- Activation of self-withdrawal warehouses:
- Information: By activating this option, all users can withdraw inventory from all warehouses without having to obtain authorization from an inventory manager.
- Self-withdrawal users:
- Information: Users who are entered as self-withdrawal users for a warehouse can hand in inventory in the warehouse without requiring confirmation from an inventory manager, provided this option is activated.
App functions
- Activate global search for the user role in the app:
- Information: If this function is activated, users can search all inventories and consumables via the app.
- Reservations via the app:
- Information: With this option, users can independently create reservations for inventories via the app.
