Can every user search the entire inventory?

Whether a user can search the entire inventory in the app or only the items assigned to them depends on the configuration. There are two options:

  • Full access: The user can search the complete inventory — regardless of who the items are assigned to.
  • Restricted access: The user can only search the inventory that is personally assigned to them. This ensures clear assignment and prevents access to other users' items.

Note: This setting is configured by the administrator in the web application.
