How do I adjust the stock level of a consumable?

You adjust the stock level of a consumable in its detail view — for example, after restocking or usage.

1. In the overview, click on the desired consumable.
2. In the detail view, select the "Stock Level" section on the left.
3. Click "Adjust Stock Level".
4. In the dialog, make a positive or negative stock change. A comment is mandatory.

After the stock change, a history entry is created automatically.

The "Stock Level" table also shows the location of each storage, as does the "QR Codes" table further down. This lets you see at once which storage is meant when several share the same name. If no location is assigned to a storage, a dash is shown instead.
