How do I assign an inventory item to a receiver?

To assign an inventory item to a receiver in the app, tap "Transfer Inventory". You then have the following options:

• "Select Receiver": Choose a receiver from the list.
• "Assign to Myself": Assign the item to yourself.
• Scan QR code: Scan the receiver's QR code.

After selecting the receiver, you can optionally add a comment and a return date. If the receiver is a user, you decide whether the item is booked directly or whether the receiver has to actively confirm receipt.

Note: You can also request that the receiver confirm receipt with a signature.
