How do I create new inventory?

To create a new inventory item, click "Create Inventory" in the inventory overview.

In the dialog, you can upload an image and enter all relevant information about your inventory item:

• Required fields: manufacturer and model, or the display name
• Storage: a storage location must be selected
• Optional: additional details such as serial number, purchase date, category, or custom fields

After saving, the item appears in the overview and can be assigned, reserved, or linked to a QR code.
