Plans and pricing at a glance

Inventory ONE is available in three plans. They differ in the number of assets included – the full range of features is available in every plan, with individual modules either already included or available as add-ons, depending on the plan.

The number of employee accounts is unlimited in all plans. You don't pay per user, but according to the size of the inventory you manage.

Every plan and feature can be flexibly adapted to your requirements. If none of the plans is quite right – for example because you manage considerably more than 10,000 assets – just get in touch and we'll find the right solution together.

Business units or tenants? Business units separate individual areas within a shared database. Tenants are entirely separate databases that a user can switch between. Tenants are available exclusively as an add-on to the Big 10,000 plan.

Booking a plan

Plans are booked through your trial account:

1. Sign in at start.inventory-one.com.
2. Switch to the plan you want at any point during the trial period.
3. If the trial period ends without you selecting a plan, you'll automatically be asked whether you'd like to continue using Inventory ONE on a monthly or annual subscription.

So you can take your time trying it out and decide afterwards.

Frequently asked questions

Do I pay per user?

No. Employee accounts are unlimited in every plan. The price depends solely on the number of assets.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. If your inventory grows, you can move to a larger plan. Just get in touch with our support team.

Can I add individual modules later on?

Yes. Any module marked as an add-on can be added at any time without changing your plan.

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored exclusively in German data centres and processed in accordance with the GDPR. Inventory ONE holds the heyData data protection certificate.
