What filter options are available?

In the mobile app, you search the inventory using various filters and a free-text search. This lets you quickly find exactly the items you need.

Filter options

Use these filter criteria to display only the relevant items:

• Inventory type: Filter by the type of inventory, e.g. inventory item or quantity inventory.
• Receiver: Display items assigned to a specific person — useful for finding out who currently has an item.
• Manufacturer and model: Find items of a specific brand or type.
• Storage: Display items by their storage location — helpful for quickly determining an item's physical location.
• Category: Filter by categories such as office supplies, IT equipment, or tools.

Free-text search

In addition to the filters, you can enter any term or part of a name, for example:

• the name of an item, e.g. "Laptop",
• part of a model number, e.g. "ProBook 450",
• the name of a manufacturer, e.g. "HP" or "Dell".

Tip: Combine filters and free-text search for even more precise results — for example, "Laptop" in the category "IT equipment", or a specific manufacturer combined with a storage location.
