What is my QR code?

Your personal QR code uniquely identifies you in the mobile app. It is linked directly to your user profile and is used to assign or hand over inventory items to you. Here is how it works:

  • Personal identification: The QR code uniquely identifies you when inventory items are assigned to you.
  • Assigning inventory: When an item is handed over to you, you present your QR code. By scanning it, the system quickly and reliably verifies who the item should be assigned to.
  • Use during handovers: When picking up or handing over an item, simply show your QR code on your mobile device. Scanning it records the item in your profile.
  • Security and traceability: The QR code ensures that only the correct items are assigned to you. All assignments remain traceable.
