How do I reach the support chat?

As soon as you are signed in to the web application, you will find a chat bubble at the bottom right. Click it to open the support chat and send your question directly to our support team.

Good to know

• You are recognized automatically via your login email. You do not need to enter any contact details.

• Your chat history is kept. If you sign in again later, you can continue the conversation.

   

• The chat is only shown while you are signed in. After signing out, the chat bubble disappears.

Chat not showing?

The support chat is only available for accounts that sign in with an email address. If you sign in with a phone number, use the contact form under Support in the menu instead.
